Isolated Environments

Every automation we build runs in its own isolated environment. Your Xero-to-Shopify sync doesn’t share infrastructure with anyone else’s HubSpot integration. If one automation has an issue, it stays contained - it can’t bleed into another client’s data or bring down the wider platform.

Bank-Grade Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using the same standards banks use. We don’t store your credentials in plaintext, and the connections we create use scoped, least-privilege access to your tools - just enough permission to do the job, and nothing more.

Secrets No One Can Casually See

Your credentials and API keys live in our internal platform, which is designed so they aren’t exposed - even our own staff can’t see them. Access is restricted by role, not by convenience, so the people who build and support your automation simply don’t handle your secrets day to day. It’s a deliberate separation: the systems run on the credentials, but the humans don’t hold them.

Hosted in the UK

All infrastructure is hosted in the UK. Your data doesn’t leave the country, which keeps you aligned with UK data-handling expectations by default and makes compliance straightforward rather than something you have to chase us about.

Compliance Ready

We build with compliance in mind from day one, not bolted on afterwards. If you need to demonstrate how a particular data flow is handled - for an auditor, a client, or your own peace of mind - we can walk you through exactly what moves where, and why.

We Watch It So You Don’t Have To

Security isn’t a one-time setup. APIs change, vendor endpoints get deprecated, and a forgotten script is a liability. We monitor every automation 24/7 using our three-signal approach - did it run, did it report success, and can we see evidence of the outcome? If something drifts, we catch it and fix it before it becomes a problem.
