Where we get personal information from

How long we keep information

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

  • Client and project data: We retain data related to client projects and communications for the duration of our business relationship and for a period of 7 years after the relationship ends, to comply with legal and financial obligations.
  • Website analytics and usage data: Personal data related to website usage is retained for 24 months. Anonymised or aggregated data may be kept for longer for statistical purposes.
  • Contact form submissions: Information submitted through our contact form is retained for 2 years, or for 7 years if it results in a client relationship, as detailed above.
  • IP addresses for security: IP addresses collected for spam prevention and security are retained for 90 days, unless they are associated with malicious activity, in which case they may be retained for longer to protect our systems.

After these periods, we will securely delete or anonymise your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you.
