Who We Are & Why We Do This
What We Actually Do
We connect business software that wasn’t built to talk to each other. If you’re manually moving data between Xero, Shopify, HubSpot, or ShipStation, we build the bridge so you don’t have to.
We’re not here to sell you another SaaS subscription or a flashy AI demo. We use whatever tool actually solves the problem - sometimes that’s a straightforward “if this then that” script, sometimes it’s more complex data processing. The point isn’t the technology; it’s that the work gets done, every time, without you thinking about it.
How We Got Here
Tessellium came from years of watching businesses run on a patchwork of disconnected tools. As a software engineer, I kept seeing the same pattern: a business would buy great individual products - Xero for accounting, Shopify for sales, HubSpot for CRM - and then someone would have to sit there manually copying data between them.
That human bridge is fragile, expensive, and soul-destroying. So we built a service that makes it unnecessary. Not by adding another tool to the pile, but by taking ownership of the connections themselves.
How We Actually Operate
- We tell you when something doesn’t make sense. If automation isn’t the right fix for your situation, we’ll say so. A straight answer is more useful than a signed contract.
- We don’t disappear after the build. APIs change, vendors update endpoints, and one-off scripts rot silently. We monitor everything we build and fix issues before you notice.
- We don’t chase trends. AI is useful for some things. Traditional automation is better for others. We use what works, not what’s popular.
- We work as an extension of your team, not a vendor handing over a deliverable.
